Kadukkai powder is known as Haritaki powder and Inknut in English. It is the dried fruit of the Terminalia chebula tree, found all over India, growing up to a height of 100 feet, kadukkai is commonly attributed as ‘the mother of herbs,’. It has a short harvest season- September and October and is dried for use all year round.   Kadukkai is a key ingredient in Ayurvedic medicine and is said to have many health benefits, including:
