Virgin Coconut Oil  is 100% natural, unrefined, unbleached, and cold-pressed from fresh coconut milk.

To produce 1 liter of virgin coconut oil, you typically need about 15 to 20 mature coconuts. These coconuts will yield approximately 3 to 4 liters of coconut milk, which is then processed to extract the pure oil.
