To produce 1 liter of virgin coconut oil, you typically need about 15 to 20 mature coconuts. These coconuts will yield approximately 3 to 4 liters of coconut milk, which is then processed to extract the pure oil.

Kalonji Oil for hair contains thymoquinone which can stimulate hair follicles and promote hair growth. It also contains antioxidants that can protect hair from damage.
